Our story starts in San Luis, Mexico.

"As a young man, I was always fascinated with Mexican Gastronomy. I remember how good my mom's cooking was in the simplest form, and how it brought not just family together, but friends and neighbors as well. I want to share the same hospitality and joy in which I grew up with by bringing some of the traditional dishes as well as our own from our region. The Enchiladas, Postosinas, and the Kamarones San Luis are just a few examples of our style of Mexican cuisine. With our friendly staff and flavorful food, we hope to bring a little San Luis to you."
